Crowd Management

4 Hour Crowd Management (Includes Ro-Ro) is for all personnel designated on muster lists to assist passengers in emergency situations on passenger ships. This course helps identify:

* Awareness of life-saving equipment and control plans
* Assisting passengers en route to muster and embarkations stations
* Mustering procedures

The Scuttlebutt:

Any applicant who has successfully completed our 4-hour Crowd Management course will satisfy the Crowd Management training requirements of Paragraph 1 of Section A-V/2 of the STCW Code for Ro-Ro Passenger Vessels and Paragraph 1 of Section A-V/3 of the Code for Passenger Ships Other Than Ro-Ro Passenger Vessels: AND the Safety Training requirements of Paragraphs 3 and 4 of Section A-V/3 of the STCW Code for Passenger Ships Other Than Ro-Ro Passenger Vessels.
